How TME Trades began
OGUNSOLA started the company in 2016 to make home renovation simpler for homeowners, and providing construction solutions to businesses in Essex & East London.
He understand that every property is unique that’s why services are tailored to your needs, preferences and budget, ensuring a personalized and satisfactory experience.
OGUNSOLA experienced this firsthand while renovating his home in 2019. Compared to commercial construction, he was struck by how little software or structured planning supported residential projects.
Skilled builders were held back by systems that made simple tasks harder than they needed to be. Homeowners felt overwhelmed by jargon, choices and uncertainty.

One thing became clear early on: the biggest decisions in any renovation — budget, scope, and timing — all depend on choosing the right builder. So we built a new way to plan. By introducing vetted builders early, homeowners can compare quotes, meet face-to-face, and start with clarity and confidence.

Today, we’ve helped hundreds of London homeowners and businesses bring their ideas to life, and given family-owned contracting firms the steady, well-scoped projects they need to grow. As a pending B Corp, we’re proving that renovations can be done differently — with quality, fairness, and sustainability at the core.
